WDW10E electronic universal testing machine is a portal structure testing equipment produced by IPRE with a maximum test force of 10KN. Principle
The test machine drives the synchronous belt drive through the servo motor, and adjusts the displacement of the beam to apply force to the sample. The system collects the test force and deformation data through the High Accuracy Sensor, and processes it through the full digitalization amplification and A/D conversion system. Finally, the microcomputer control software completes the control, data display and result analysis of the entire test process.

Steps
1. According to the requirements of the sample, configure and install the appropriate fixture.
2. Turn on the power supply of the device and start the microcomputer control software.

5. Start the test, and the software will automatically control the beam movement and collect data.
6. After the test, the software automatically saves the data and Linear dispersion.
7. Analyze the test results and generate a report.
