Overview
WDW100E electronic universal testing machine is a portal structure microcomputer controlled test equipment produced by IPRE, with a maximum test force of 100KN. It adopts full digitalization adjustment and can complete the test of tensile, compression, bending and other mechanical properties.
Features
1. Adopt reliable chip integration technology and fully digitalization adjustment of data collection, amplification and control system.
2. The test speed can be automatically changed or manually adjusted according to the preset program.
3. The system has automatic calibration function to ensure accurate indication.
4. After the test, the data and Linear dispersion are automatically saved.
5. The test process, measurement, display and analysis are all completed by microcomputer.
Principle
The device drives the beam to move through the servo motor to apply force to the sample. The test force and deformation signals are collected, amplified and A/D converted through a professionally designed full digitalization system, and processed, displayed and analyzed in real time by the microcomputer software, and finally the mechanical properties of the material are obtained.
Applications
Metallurgy, mass testing centers, Universities & colleges, Industrial Supplies, Automotive/Railway/Boat Manufacturing, Aviation Manufacturing, Biology
Steps
1. Configure the appropriate fixture according to the sample.
2. Set test parameters and procedures through microcomputer software.
3. Install the sample.
4. Start the test and the equipment runs according to the set program.
5. At the end of the test, the data is automatically saved with Linear dispersion.
6. Analyze the test results through software.
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is 220V.
The equipment should work in an environment of RT +~ 35 ° C and humidity of 20%~ 80%.
• Pay attention to the overload protection and limit protection functions of the equipment.
• Select the appropriate fixture according to the test material, and special fixtures can be customized.
Measurement range is 2% -100% of the maximum test force (optional 0.4% -100%).
