Overview
WDW200E electronic universal testing machine is a portal structure testing equipment produced by IPRE with a maximum test force of 200KN. The equipment adopts microcomputer control and is equipped with full Chinese software operation, which can perform tensile, compression, bending, shear, disbonding, low cycle fatigue and other mechanical properties tests.
Features
1. Using reliable chip integration technology, professionally designed data collection, amplification and control system, test force, deformation amplification, A/D conversion process to achieve full digitalization adjustment.
2. The speed of the moving beam during the test can be automatically changed according to the preset program, or it can be changed manually.
3. The system can automatically realize the calibration of indication Precision.
4. At the end of the test, the test data and Linear dispersion are automatically saved.
5. The test process, measurement, display and analysis are all completed by microcomputer.
Principle
The testing machine drives the synchronous belt drive mechanism through the servo motor, and adjusts the position of the beam to apply force to the sample. The system measures the test force and deformation through High Accuracy Sensor. After the data is fully digitalized, amplified and A/D converted, it is processed, displayed, analyzed and stored by the microcomputer control system to complete the mechanical properties test of the material.
