Overview
WAW600D microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic universal testing machine is a general material mechanical performance testing equipment produced by IPRE. It adopts a four-column frame structure, is equipped with an automatic hydraulic clamping system, supports manual and automatic dual-control operation, and is suitable for tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other mechanical properties testing of various materials.
Features
1. Adopt gap sealing cylinder and four columns (two columns, two screws) frame structure to ensure the rigidity and Stability of the whole machine.
2. Equipped with automatic hydraulic clamping system, the clamping sample is convenient and fast, and the clamping Stability is good.
3. Optional photoelectric encoder for accurate measurement of beam moving distance.
4. Adopting an integrated oil source design, the structure is compact and reasonable, effectively reducing the equipment footprint.
5. Provide manual and automatic dual-control systems, allowing users to choose the operation mode independently according to their needs.
Principle
The testing machine adopts the principle of electro-hydraulic servo control. The system sends commands through the microcomputer controller to drive the servo valve to adjust the oil pressure and flow of the hydraulic cylinder, so as to precisely control the test force or displacement. Force Sensors and deformation measurement devices (such as extensometers) collect test data in real time and feed them back to the control system to form a closed-loop control to achieve accurate testing of material mechanical performance.
Applications
Metallurgy, mass testing centers, Universities & colleges, Industrial supplies, Automobile manufacturing, Railway manufacturing, Shipbuilding, Aviation manufacturing
Standards
The data did not mention specific compliance criteria.
Steps
1. Install the appropriate fixture according to the sample type and test requirements.
2. Clamp the specimen into the test space by manual or automatic means.
3. Set the test parameters (e.g. test force, displacement, test type, etc.) in the microcomputer control software.
4. Start the test, the equipment automatically loads, data collection and process control.
5. After the test is completed, the software automatically generates a test report, which can be saved or printed.
Notice
Equipment should be installed on a solid foundation and ensure that the environment is clean and vibration-free.
• Before operation, check the hydraulic oil level and whether the connecting parts are tightened to ensure that the equipment is in normal condition.
When clamping the sample, ensure that the sample is centered to avoid partial load affecting the test accuracy or damaging the equipment.
• During the test, personnel are strictly prohibited from entering the equipment operation area to prevent danger.
• Maintain the equipment regularly, including checking the oil circuit, cleaning the Sensor, calibrating the force value system, etc.
The fixture should be selected or customized according to the sample specifications and requirements to ensure reliable clamping.
Equipment is equipped with software protection and mechanical limit dual safety devices, non-professional personnel should not adjust or remove.
