Overview
WAW1000D microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo hydraulic universal testing machine is a four-column frame structure testing equipment produced by IPRE, with a maximum test force of 1000KN. It adopts an integrated oil source design, has a compact structure, and can be configured with suitable fixtures according to customer needs.

Principle
The testing machine adopts electro-hydraulic servo control system, which generates power through the hydraulic system driven by the oil pump motor, and precisely controls the action of the oil cylinder by the servo valve to realize the loading of the sample. The force value and deformation data are collected by Sensor (such as extensometer), and processed, displayed and controlled by the microcomputer system to complete the tensile, compression, bending, shearing and other mechanical properties testing.
