Overview
JINPUTE JPT-2023 Intelligent Ink Proofer is a device that adopts fully intelligent LCD display, servo numerical control motor drive and integrated servo control system. It drives the spindle mechanism of the plate roller through the timing belt. All control parameters and measurement data can be displayed and adjusted in real time on the LCD screen, and has reliable accuracy repeability positioning and other functions.

8. The plate roller part adopts customized High Accuracy plate roller (produced by Shangyun plate making company), professional layout design.
9. Optional exhaust gas centralized storage emission part, the use of high-speed fan effective storage and centralized discharge of proofing solvent.
10. The electrical control part adopts the combination of numerical control servo motion control machine and servo numerical control motor to form a system with high speed, large torque and high swirl/spin accuracy.
Principle
The intelligent proofing machine is driven by a servo numerical control motor and drives the spindle of the plate roller swirl/spin through the timing belt. During the proofing process, the unwinding part provides constant adjustable tension, the pressing roller part (silicone rubber roller) applies pressure, the ink scraping part (using Swiss imported knife holder and small golden knife) scrapes off excess inks, and the plate roller part transfers the pattern to the substrate material. The optional exhaust gas storage system collects and discharges the generated solvent exhaust gas. The parameters of the whole process, such as speed and number of turns, are controlled by the numerical control system and displayed in real time on the LCD screen.

Steps
1. Ensure that the working environment meets the conditions: room temperature 10 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 80%, stable horizontal installation, no vibration, no corrosive medium, Power frequency 220V +/- 10% and strictly grounded.
2. Turn on the power supply.
3. Set the proofing parameters through the panel or LCD screen, such as speed gear, specify the number of swirl/spin turns (such as 1/2 turn or arbitrary setting).
4. Install the plate roller, substrate and adjust the scraper.
5. Operate the roller opening and closing button as required.
6. Start the proofing process.
7. After the proofing is completed, the plate roller cleaning function can be used.
8. If an emergency stop is required during operation, use the emergency stop button.
9. Use the reset function to reset.
Notice
• The working environment should meet: room temperature 10 ℃ -35 ℃, relative humidity is not more than 80%.
Equipment should be installed on a stable, horizontal foundation or workbench.
• Should be used in a vibration-free environment.
• There should be no corrosive medium around.
• Power frequency needs to be 220V (110V abroad needs to be converted plug), and the fluctuation range should not exceed +/- 10% of the rated voltage.
The power supply must have strict grounding protection.
• Pay attention to the position of the emergency stop button on the panel when operating, for emergency use.
• Proofing speed gear can be adjusted as needed.
• The optional exhaust gas centralized storage discharge part needs to be correctly connected with the exhaust pipe.
