Overview
TBJ-X1-DJ4 Automatic Film Applicator is an experimental small Lab Film Applicator, using imported accessories, affordable, favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing, solve the problem of artificial film inconsistency, and improve film reproducibility.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator controls the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the drawdown blade to achieve accurate Spreader wet-film on different substrates. Blade Coating ensures uniform coating, reduces human operation differences, and improves film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage.
2. Select the drawdown blade type and thickness settings as required.
3. Adjust Spreader speed and pressure parameters.
4. Start the device for Automatic Spreader.
5. Clean the drawdown blade and coating table after completion.
