Principle
The device uses a thermostat and Thermocouple to control the heating tube to transfer heat to the pressure template to reach the set temperature. Under the action of the cylinder, the upper and lower templates are pressed on the battery, and the heat of the heating template is transferred to the battery, so that the battery is stably formed under a certain temperature and pressure.
Applications
After the battery is wound, it is hot and flat.
Steps
1. Place the wound battery on the template;
2. Set the temperature and adjust the pressure through the thermostat.
3. Start the equipment, and the upper and lower templates are pressed on the battery cells for heating under the action of the cylinder;
4. The battery cells are shaped under the action of temperature and pressure.
