Overview
The PUSHEN AFA-III vacuum coating table adopts the principle of Vacuum chuck, and the substrate is adsorbed flat on the vacuum Spreader stage for Moulding. Its core components include Drawdown Vacuum Plate and Vacuumpump. The size of Drawdown Vacuum Plate is 360 * 250mm, and it is equipped with 176 adsorption holes with a aperture of 1mm and a hole distance of 18mm. A Vacuumpump with a voltage of 220V and a power of 150W provides adsorption force.

Principle
The device works based on the principle of Vacuum chuck. After starting the Vacuumpump, the pump body extracts the air in the cavity below the Drawdown Vacuum Plate to form a negative pressure. Through the adsorption holes evenly distributed on the Drawdown Vacuum Plate, the substrate placed on the plate surface is firmly adsorbed and kept flat, providing a stable working platform for subsequent processes such as Spreader and Moulding.
Steps
1. Place the vacuum coating table on a stable work surface and connect the power supply.
2. Lay the substrate to be treated flat in the adsorption area of the Drawdown Vacuum Plate.
3. Start the Vacuumpump switch, the system starts to work, and the substrate is fixed by adsorption.
4. Moulding operations such as Spreader and film scraping are performed on a fixed substrate.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the Vacuumpump switch, release the vacuum, and remove the processed sample.
Notice
• Make sure the equipment is placed on a stable and firm countertop before use.
When connecting the power supply, please confirm that the voltage (220V) matches the local power grid.
• When placing the substrate, the vacuum hole area should be covered as much as possible to ensure the adsorption effect.
• During operation, do not scratch Drawdown Vacuum Plate with sharp objects.
• After the equipment is used up, please turn off the power in time.
• Please disconnect the power supply when cleaning and wipe it with a dry soft cloth to avoid liquid entering the inside of the device.
