Overview
The AFA-III (A) automatic vacuum Coater is an electric Spreader device of the PUSHEN brand. It uses an electric push rod to realize the Spreader movement of the Film Applicator or bar, effectively avoiding the non-Stability of the manual Spreader. The machine is equipped with a vacuum coating table, the countertop is made of aluminum alloy, the host power supply supports 110/220V 50/60Hz, the push rod traverse speed range is 2-200mm/s, the effective coating area is 360 * 250mm, the suction hole distribution is 280 × 190mm, the Dimension is 470 * 330 * 250mm, and the instrument weight is 18kg.
Features
1. Use electric push rod to realize Spreader movement to avoid manual Spreader Stability;
2. MCU control technology, touch screen display;
3. You can choose the left and right speed and displacement.
4. Display the actual moving distance of Spreader in real time during operation;
5. Spreader rack can be returned electric or manual;
6. Operating interface is simple and clear, greatly convenient for the operator to use.
Principle
AFA type Automatic film applicator drives Film Applicator or bar for Spreader movement by electric push rod, uses single chip microcomputer control technology implementation of accurate adjustment of speed and displacement, and fixes the substrate through vacuum coating table to ensure stable and uniform Spreader process.
Applications
Wet-film prepative bar Spreader
Steps
1. Connect the host power supply (110/220V 50/60Hz);
2. Set the left and right row speed and displacement through the touch screen;
3. Start the Spreader movement and observe the moving distance in real time;
4. After the Spreader is completed, select Electric or Manual to return to the Spreader rack.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching (110/220V 50/60Hz);
• Check whether the vacuum suction hole of the coating table is unobstructed before operation;
• Avoid using the putter traverse speed beyond the range (2-200mm/s);
• Pay attention to observe the real-time display data during the Spreader process;
• Select the appropriate mode (electric or manual) when returning to the Spreader rack.
