Overview
PUSHEN BY-III (S) Pendulum hardness tester is an instrument for measuring film resilience and viscoelasticity. The principle is to support two stainless steel balls on the Pendulum hardness tester on the drying coating, swing at a certain period, and determine the film resilience by measuring the swing time of the swing rod. The softer the coating surface, the faster the swing attenuation.
Features
1. Adopt Konig pendulum and Persoz pendulum double pendulum type
2. The swing rod mass is 120g
3. The diameter of the steel ball is 8mm.
4. The initial swing angle is 5 °
5. The end point swing angle is 2 °
6. The swing period is 0.625s
7. Glass swing time is 440 +/- 6s
8. Equipped with automatic counting function
9. Dimensions 400 × 400 × 780mm
10. The shipment weight is 40kg
Principle
Pendulum hardness tester on the two stainless steel balls supported on the coating after drying, swinging rod at a certain period of swing. By measuring the swing time of the swinging rod to determine the film resilience, the softer the coating surface, the faster the swing of the swinging rod attenuation.
