Principle
The device drives the spindle swirl/spin through a motor to drive the dispersion disc for high-speed stirring, dispersing and grinding in the Mixing Tank. The user can adjust the spindle Rotation speed (0-3000rpm), and control the dispersion disc position through a manual lifting mechanism to achieve rapid mixing and refinement of material particles for accurate particle size measurement and formulation conformity.

Steps
1. Prepare raw materials and standard drums
2. Install the appropriate dispersion disc (50mm or 60mm)
3. Add the raw material to the Mixing Tank, ensuring that the maximum mixing amount does not exceed 2 liters
4. Adjust the manual lifting mechanism and set the dispersion disc position
5. Start the device and adjust the spindle Rotation speed to the desired value (0-3000rpm)
6. Perform dispersion, grinding or mixing operations
7. Turn off the equipment after completion, clean and maintain it
