Principle
The device drives the spindle swirl/spin through the motor, driving the dispersion disc to move at high speed in the Mixing Tank to achieve dispersion, grinding and mixing of raw materials. The adjustable Rotation speed allows the user to optimize the process according to the material characteristics, ensuring uniform particle distribution and size control.

Steps
Place the device on a smooth laboratory table and connect it to a 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Select and install the appropriate dispersion disc (50mm or 60mm) as required
3. Place the raw materials in the standard drum (Maximum capacity 1.2L) or suitable container
4. Manually adjust the lifting device to set the appropriate position of the dispersion disc in the Mixing Tank
5. Start the device and adjust the spindle Rotation speed to the desired value through the control panel (0-3000rpm)
6. Perform dispersion, grinding or mixing operations to observe the material state
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the power supply and clean the equipment and accessories

• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before use to avoid overload
• Pay attention to safety during operation and wear appropriate protective equipment to prevent raw materials from splashing
• Regularly check the motor and lifting parts to ensure normal operation
• Disconnect power when cleaning equipment to avoid water or chemicals from entering electrical parts
