Overview
The PUSHEN PS 2822/1 cantilever electric Stirrer is a Stir device for laboratory environments, designed to handle low, medium and high viscosity liquid mixtures. The Stir main engine features a high-quality engineering plastic body, stable operation, and built-in soft start, automatic overload protection and full constant power compensation to ensure the reliability of experimental data collection.
Features
1. Adopt high-quality engineering plastic body for stable operation.
2. The output terminal applies a variable speed booster mechanism to double the output torque.
3. The running speed can be arbitrarily set according to the experimental requirements, and the digital display shows the intuitive Stir speed.
4. With built-in soft start, automatic overload protection, full constant power compensation and other characteristics.
Principle
The device is driven by a motor and amplifies the output torque through a variable speed booster mechanism to drive the Impeller blade swirl/spin to realize the mixing Stir of liquids. The user can set the speed according to the experimental needs, and the device provides real-time feedback through digital display, and relies on built-in protection and compensation mechanisms to ensure stable operation under set parameters.
Applications
Laboratory Liquid Stirring
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller blade according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Place the Stirrer firmly and immerse the Impeller leaf in the liquid to be Stirred to a suitable depth.
3. Turn on the power supply.
4. Stir the desired speed through the control panel.
5. Start the device and observe whether the speed displayed digitally is stable at the set value.
6. Stir, turn off the power, remove and clean the Impeller leaf.
Notice
• Do not exceed the recommended Max. stirring Capacity (5L) and maximum viscosity (10000 mPa.s) of the equipment.
• Ensure that the equipment is firmly placed to prevent it from tipping over during operation.
• Check whether the Impeller blade is firmly installed before starting to avoid loosening.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the Stir area during operation.
• Be sure to disconnect the power supply before cleaning the equipment.
• If the equipment experiences abnormal noise or vibration, it should be stopped immediately for inspection.
