Overview
TBJ-X2-DJ6 Automatic Film Applicator is a China customized Vacuum chuck drawdown blade Film Applicator. It adopts imported accessories and has the characteristics of low price. It is widely used in multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing by controlling the speed and stable pressure. Coating size is 500 * 600mm, and the coating speed range is 5~ 180mm/s.

Principle
The Film Applicator uses a Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, and uses a drawdown blade to perform Spreader on the Spreader stage. At the same time, the automatic inking system realizes feeding through the outflow of air source pressure. The reciprocating linear motion mode is adopted, and the amount of material can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port. The shaft drive adopts a synchronous belt mode to ensure the Stability and uniformity of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage, using a Vacuum chuck to secure it.
2. Install the removable drawdown blade and adjust the drawdown blade height as needed.
3. Connect the automatic inking system and set the feeding parameters (such as air pressure and speed).
4. Set coating speed and Spreader thickness parameters.
5. Start the device and perform the automatic Spreader operation.
6. Spreader is completed, shut down the equipment, clean the drawdown blade and feeding system.
Notice
• Make sure the Vacuum chuck system works properly before use to avoid substrate displacement.
• The air source pressure of the feeding system needs to be set to 0.6Mpa and connected to the trachea of φ 8.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and do not overpressure during operation.
• Spreader process pay attention to the adjustment of coating speed and thickness to ensure uniformity.
• Regularly clean the drawdown blade and Mixing Tank to prevent clogging.
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc. need to be installed and used correctly.
