YN-MIT135 computer MIT flexural strength tester is a test instrument used to measure the flexural performance of paper and fiber materials. Principle
Folding resistance refers to the number of double folds that paper or Cardboard can withstand reciprocating 135 degrees under a certain tension, expressed in terms of the number of reciprocating folds or the number of double folds based on 10. Steps
1. Choose the appropriate folding head and weight according to the sample type.
2. Set parameters such as the vertical and horizontal directions of the sample, the size of the tension, the test speed and the number of folds on the Touchscreen.
3. Hold the sample between the upper and lower collets as required.
4. Start the test, and the instrument automatically folds back and forth.
5. During the test, if the sample breaks or reaches the set number of times, the instrument will automatically shut down and save the data.
6. After the test is completed, the instrument is automatically reset, allowing you to view or print the test results.
Notice
Before testing, please set the parameters correctly according to the standard and sample type and select the appropriate chuck.
• Ensure that the sample length is not less than 30mm and clamped correctly, with a collet distance of 20mm.
• The instrument is equipped with a panic button, which can be used immediately in case of emergencies during the test.
• When performing fatigue tests for a long time, make sure that the ventilated cooling system works normally.
• Connect the computer to draw Linear dispersion diagram as an optional function, and confirm the device support.
• Do not exceed the measurement range of the instrument (such as the number of folds 0~ 999999 times) and the clamping Film thickness and width range.
• Tension adjustment range and folding speed are adjustable, please set according to actual test requirements.
• Settings can be saved after the instrument is powered off, but do not power off during the test unless necessary.
