Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses a combination of bar and drawdown blade. On the basis of the Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, the temperature is adjusted by the upper and lower dual heating system to ensure the uniform distribution of the glue during the Spreader process. The stepless variable speed system allows the operator to flexibly adjust the coating speed to form a consistent wet-film on different substrates, improving the reproducibility and conformity of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader table, using Vacuum chuck to fix;
