Overview
The MUXUAN MX021 Vacuum Disperser is a high-performance and well-designed device. It is equipped with a 1.5KW three-phase asynchronous motor, providing strong power, and adopts a digital frequency conversion speed regulation system. The speed regulation range is 0-1500 rpm, which adapts to different process needs. The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with mirror polishing inside and outside, and a jacket design to assist temperature control. The equipment supports electric lifting, flexible movement, and is equipped with a vacuum pump and connecting pipe to ensure efficient vacuum dispersion operation.

Principle
The device drives the dispersion disc high-speed swirl/spin through the motor to cut, disperse and mix the material. Operating in a vacuum environment can effectively remove bubbles in the material, prevent oxidation, and improve the uniformity and efficiency of mixing. The electric lift system is convenient for adjusting the working height of the dispersion disc, and the digital frequency converter is used to precisely control the Rotation speed of the dispersion disc.

Steps
1. Place the device in a stable position and turn on the power supply (220V).
2. Put the material to be processed into the matching jacket barrel.
3. Adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate working height through the electric lifting system.
4. Connect the vacuum pump and piping, and start the vacuum pump to vacuum the inside of the barrel.
5. Set the required dispersion Rotation speed (0-1500 rpm) through the digital inverter.
6. Start the main motor and start the scattered operation.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the main motor and vacuum pump in turn, and raise the dispersion disc.
8. Open the barrel valve and remove the processed material.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (220V) is consistent with equipment requirements before use.
Equipment should be placed on a stable and firm workbench.
• Check whether the dispersion disc and other components are firmly installed before operation.
• During the vacuum operation, please ensure that each interface is well sealed.
• Rotation speed and processing time according to material characteristics.
