Overview
The AW-20 + Webster Hardness Tester is a Portable hardness testing instrument from the AMITTARI brand, which can quickly test the Hardness of aluminum alloys on site. The instrument is easy to use and can read the Hardness value directly with one card. It is suitable for rapid detection of the Hardness of aluminum alloy profiles, pipes, plates, aluminum workpieces and Miscellaneous soft metals. It is especially suitable for rapid, non-destructive piece-by-piece conformity inspection of batches of products at the production site, sales site or construction site.

Principle

Steps
1. Card the hardness gauge on the sample.
2. Directly read the Hardness value.
Notice
• Specimen thickness should be within 0.6-6 mm.
• The inner diameter of the sample should be greater than 10mm.
• Make sure the battery is fully charged and use 2 * 1.5AAA batteries.
• Avoid use in extreme environments to maintain Stability.
• Regular use of standard Hardness block calibrated instruments.
