Overview
The KAIRDA HT5 Probe is a high temperature Probe designed for Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, suitable for thickness measurement of good conductor materials at temperatures below 350 ° C. The Probe has a split structure and can be used externally with a thickness gauge to adapt to different environmental conditions.
Features
1. High temperature applicability: The temperature measurement range is up to 450 ° C, suitable for material measurement with temperature less than 350 ° C.
2. Specific Frequency: Frequency is 5MHz to ensure Measurement accuracy.
3. Probe diameter moderate: diameter 14mm, easy to operate.
4. Measurement range: Measurement range on steel is 3.0~ 200mm.
5. Pipe applicability: The minimum pipe diameter is 30mm, suitable for pipe measurement.
Principle
The HT5 Probe, part of the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, calculates thickness based on the propagation time of ultrasound in the material by transmitting and receiving ultrasonic signals. It is designed for good conductor materials in high temperature environments, ensuring accurate measurement at temperatures below 350 ° C.
Applications
High temperature material thickness measurement, pipe thickness detection, industrial equipment maintenance
Steps
1. Externally connect the HT5 Probe to the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge.
2. Ensure that the Probe is in good contact with the surface of the material to be tested.
3. Select the corresponding setting on the thickness gauge to start the measurement.
4. Read and record thickness data.
Notice
• Only for material measurements with temperatures less than 350 ° C.
• When measuring pipes, the minimum pipe diameter should not be less than 30mm.
• Make sure the Probe is properly connected to the thickness gauge when using it.
• Avoid use in environments beyond the specified Temperature range to prevent damage.
