Overview
The KAIRDA HT5 Probe is a high temperature Probe designed for Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, suitable for material thickness measurement up to 450 ° C. It uses a split structure and can be used externally with a thickness gauge to achieve thickness measurement of good conductor materials such as steel. Measurement range is 3.0~ 200mm, with a minimum pipe diameter of 30mm.
Features
1. High temperature adaptability: suitable for material measurement with temperature less than 450 ° C.
2. High Frequency Design: Frequency is 5MHz, providing accurate measurement.
3. Probe diameter moderate: Probe diameter of 14mm, easy to operate.
4. Measurement range: Measurement range on steel is 3.0~ 200mm.
5. Minimum pipe diameter support: The minimum pipe diameter is 30mm, suitable for small diameter pipes.
Principle
The HT5 Probe, as a component of the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge, measures material thickness by emitting and receiving ultrasonic signals. When the Probe touches the surface of a high-temperature material, ultrasonic waves propagate and reflect in the material. The thickness gauge calculates the thickness based on the echo time and is suitable for good conductor materials.
Applications
High temperature material thickness measurement, pipe thickness detection, industrial equipment maintenance
Steps
Connect the HT5 Probe correctly with the Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge.
2. Ensure that the Probe is in contact with the surface of the material and the material temperature does not exceed 450 ° C.
3. Start the thickness gauge for thickness measurement.
4. Read and record measurement results.
Notice
• Probe is only suitable for materials with a temperature of less than 450 ° C, avoid overheating.
• Ensure that the surface of the material is clean during measurement to obtain accurate results.
The minimum pipe diameter is 30mm, which is not suitable for smaller diameter pipes.
• Check whether the Probe connection is firm before use to prevent measurement errors.
