Overview
The production hot-melt adhesive Coater is a device used to Spreader hot-melt adhesive on different material surfaces, usually used in industrial production environments for gluing, sealing or coating purposes. The pilot production hot-melt adhesive Coater has a maximum Spreader width of 1000mm, and the two Teflon baffles in the rubber slot can easily adjust the application width. It supports unlimited length Spreader gluing. It has an automatic rewinding function. The forward and reverse stepless speed change function makes the operation flexible. The Spreader speed can be adjusted in a wide range, from 1 to 10m/min.
Features
1. The maximum Spreader width is 1000mm, and the Spreader width is adjusted by two Teflon baffles in the rubber slot.
2. The unlimited length Spreader can be glued and automatically rewound.
3. Forward and reverse stepless transmission.
4. Recommended Spreader speed: 1-10m/min adjustable.
5. The discharge reel can adjust the knob to change the tension discharge.
6. The reel can be adjusted for mechanical tension control.
7. The heating rod, upper rubber wheel and rubber slot can be quickly disassembled and separated from the body to remove the residual glue.
Principle
The equipment melts the hot-melt adhesive through the heating system, uses the Spreader wheel to evenly Spreader the hot-melt adhesive on the material surface, and realizes precise control by adjusting the width and speed of the Spreader. The automatic winding system ensures continuous production.
Steps
1. Adjust the Teflon baffle in the glue slot to set the application width.
2. Set the Spreader speed in the range of 1-10m/min.
3. Adjust the tension of the feeding reel through the knob.
4. Use mechanical tension control to adjust the reel.
5. Start the device for Spreader operation, and support forward and reverse stepless transmission.
6. After the Spreader is completed, the heating rod, the rubber wheel and the rubber tank can be quickly disassembled to remove the residual glue.
Notice
• Spreader speed is recommended to be controlled within the range of 1-10m/min.
• Regularly remove the residual glue of the heating rod, the rubber wheel and the rubber tank to ensure the performance of the equipment.
• Adjust the tension between discharge and receipt according to the material characteristics.
• Pay attention to safety when disassembling and cleaning the equipment to avoid burns.
