Overview
NBC-A3-DJ6 Floor-Standing Automatic film applicator is a drawdown Bar & Blade heating Film Applicator with automatic feeding system. The effective coating area is 850mm * 1000mm, and the standard 3L volume Mixing Tank has a heating temperature of 180 ° C. The equipment is commonly used in laboratory films and is suitable for Moulding in Coatings, inks, Polymer Materials, Films, Glues, Pressure sensitive adhesives and other industries.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator performs Spreader on the Spreader stage through the drawdown Bar & Blade. The thickness of the Spreader is determined by the bar model, and the accuracy reaches 0.001mm. The feeding system is driven by air source pressure, and the amount of material is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port to achieve reciprocating linear motion feeding. The heating system can precisely control the temperature to ensure the film mass.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply 220V 50Hz and the charging system air source 0.6Mpa.
2. Install coating rod and set Spreader thickness according to bar model.
3. Add the material to 3L plus Mixing Tank, adjust the safety valve, pressure regulating valve and pressure gauge.
4. Set the coating speed in the range of 5~ 180mm/s, or customize less than 5mm/s.
5. Adjust the heating temperature to the desired value (RT +~ 180 ℃).
6. Start the equipment to perform Spreader, and control the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the speed of the discharge port.
7. After the Spreader is completed, use the discharge valve to release the pressure.
Notice
• The air source of the feeding system needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea to ensure that the pressure is 0.6Mpa.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure use.
• The heating temperature is up to 180 ° C, pay attention to high temperature protection during operation.
• The coating speed below 5mm/s needs to be customized, and the standard range is 5~ 180mm/s.
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture, etc. need to be configured according to actual needs.
