Principle
Accurate Spreader is achieved by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The combination of bar and drawdown blade ensures uniform wet film thickness and reduces coating inconsistencies caused by human factors.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Select coating rod specifications and set Spreader thickness according to requirements
3. Adjust Spreader Speed to Required Range
