The HI6221-02 is a HANNA-branded Benchtop acidity meter that consists of an instrument host and an integrated pH/ORP measurement module. The instrument is compact, easy to operate, and features a large 7-inch capacitive Touchscreen. The product package includes the HI1131B double-junction refillable pH Electrode (with a high-temperature Glass Sensor) and the HI7662-TW stainless steel temperature probe, which supports automatic temperature compensation. The instrument also features an Electrode holder with a flexible arm for easy measurement by securely securing the Electrode in the sample container.
1. Equipped with 7-inch capacitive Touchscreen, support multi-point touch, user-friendly interface, clear icons, easy to navigate. 2. Five data view modes are available: basic measurement, simple GLP (with calibrated information), full GLP (with detailed Electrode status), interactive real-time charts, and annotated tabular data. 3. Supports application specific profiles for quick measurement without repeability settings. 4. With up to 5 points pH Automatic calibration function, it can automatically identify HANNA and NIST standard buffers, and also support custom buffers. 5. Large data recording capacity, can store at least 1000000 data points with timestamps, record types include manual, automatic and automatic hold. 6. Rich connectivity, support for exporting .csv format log files via USB flash drive, Ethernet, Wi-Fi (FTP, email), and multiple USB interfaces (Type-A and Type-C) and RS232 interfaces. 7. Built-in help guides and video demonstrations of main functions, providing operation support. 8. Adjustable measurement Stability, with measurement overrun sound/alarm prompt, and pH/ORP measurement using current isolation calibrated to improve safety.
This Benchtop acidity meter measures the activity of hydrogen ions in a sample through a connected HI1131B pH Electrode and converts it to a pH value or mV value (for ORP measurement). The Electrode is designed with a double junction reference and high temperature Glass film, which is suitable for samples containing metal ions or high temperature. At the same time, the HI7662-TW temperature probe monitors the sample temperature in real time. The instrument performs automatic temperature compensation (ATC) for pH measurement based on this signal to eliminate the effect of temperature on measurement and ensure accurate results. The measurement data is displayed on the Touchscreen after being processed by the instrument and can be stored or exported.
It is suitable for all kinds of laboratory, industrial and quality control scenarios that require accurate pH/ORP and temperature measurement, including water quality analysis, environment monitoring, food and beverage testing, pharmaceutical process control, chemical production, education and research, etc. Its Electrode design is especially suitable for samples containing metal ions or high temperature.
Support HANNA and NIST standard buffer for calibrating.
1. Install the Electrode and Temperature probe and fix it in the sample container using the Electrode holder. 2. Turn on the instrument power and select or create a measurement profile on the main Touchscreen interface. 3. If you need to calibrate, enter Adjustment, select standard or custom buffer, and follow the prompts to calibrate up to 5 points pH. 4. Immerse Electrode into the sample to be tested and the instrument will automatically perform temperature compensation and display stable pH/mV and temperature readings. 5. Select the reading mode (direct or automatic hold) and initiate data logging (manual, automatic or automatic hold) as required. 6. After the measurement is completed, the log data in .csv format can be exported through U disk, network (FTP/email), etc. 7. Electrode clean and store properly.
• Do not use the instrument beyond the specified environmental conditions (0-50 ° C, maximum 95% relative humidity and non-condensing). Make sure that the filling solution in pH Electrode is sufficient before use, and maintain it regularly to ensure measurement accuracy. • When calibrating or measuring, make sure Electrode is fully immersed in the solution with the temperature probe and avoids bubble attachment. When connecting peripheral devices (e.g. USB flash drives, keyboards), please use the designated USB port (Type-A or Type-C). • The instrument has a measurement limit alarm function, which is recommended to be set reasonably according to the application. When exporting data, make sure that the network connection (e.g. using Wi-Fi/Ethernet) is stable or compatible with the USB flash drive format. • Please use the original or designated DC adapter (100-240V AC, 24 VDC 2.5A) to power the instrument.
