Overview
The HANNA HI98301 Conductivity Meter features a new Appearance design with a large dual-line screen display for easy operation. The instrument has automatic identification of single point Adjustment (standard point @25 ° C: 1382 ppm (mg/L) HI7032 calibrated liquid is recommended), supports automatic temperature compensation and automatic single point calibrating to ensure the accuracy and Reliability of measurement data. Its novel temperature sensor and Graphite electrode compact design improve Electrode Response Time and measurement accuracy, and is equipped with good indication markers to control the depth of Electrode immersion in water samples. Suitable for different industries such as food and beverage, water treatment, environment analysis, etc.
Features
1. Waterproof design, large-screen LCD display
2. Automatic temperature compensation function, 1 calibrated point Automatic calibration
3. Stable display of test data
4. External temperature sensor for temperature detection
Principle
The HANNA HI98301 Conductivity Meter measures the conductivity of the water sample through the Graphite electrode and automatically detects the temperature using an external temperature sensor. The instrument uses automatic temperature compensation technology to ensure the accuracy of measurement results under different temperature conditions. Automatic single point Adjustment calibrates using standard calibrating fluids such as HI7032, simplifying the operation process and improving measurement Reliability.
Applications
Drinking water, water treatment, reverse osmosis (RO) process, chilled down tower water quality, sewage, laboratory, agriculture, aquaculture, aquarium, agricultural cultivation, printing industry
Steps
1. Prepare standard calibrating solution HI7032 (1382ppm)
2. Electrode immersion in calibrating liquid, make sure the indicator controls the immersion depth
3. Instrument automatically recognizes and performs single point calibrating
4. Electrode immersion in water sample to be tested
5. Read stable measurement data on the screen
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use (CR2032 3V lithium battery)
• The recommended HI7032 standard calibrating solution should be used when calibrating
• Pay attention to control the depth of Electrode immersion in the water sample and follow the instructions
• Operating Ambient Temperature should be in the range of 0~ 50 ° C/32~ 122 ° F
Avoid use in extreme environments to protect the instrument
• Electrode status is checked regularly to ensure measurement accuracy
