Overview
HANNA HI98311 Conductivity Meter adopts the new Appearance design, equipped with large double-line screen display and screen-calibrated operation step prompts. Operating interface is user-friendly, with stable indication marks. With two-button simple operation, it can measure and display EC, TDS and temperature values at the same time, and supports fast switching of conductivity EC and total solid solubility TDS. With automatic recognition calibrate and automatic temperature compensation functions, it ensures Measurement accuracy and accuracy in different environments. Battery replacement is simple and fast, and built-in BEPS low-battery error-proof system avoids wrong measurement. Laboratory-grade measurement results in harsh environments, built-in temperature sensor and HANNA-created graphite bipolar Conductivity detector Electrode for reduced Polarization effect, Rapid Response to any measurement sample environment for rapid determination of conductivity, total solids solubility and temperature in any industry.
Features
1. Waterproof design, large-screen LCD display
2. Automatic temperature compensation function
3. Measured value stability indicator
4. BEPS low battery error prevention system, low battery display logo
5. Graphite electrode, providing higher accuracy, replaceable Probe
6. Suitable for testing water quality indicators in laboratories, swimming pools, agriculture, etc
Principle
The instrument has a built-in temperature sensor and a graphite bipolar Conductivity detector Electrode created by HANNA to detect the Ion concentration in the sample through the conductivity Measurement principle. The Graphite electrode reduces the Polarization effect and ensures measurement accuracy. The automatic temperature compensation function automatically adjusts the Measured value according to the Ambient Temperature to ensure measurement accuracy under different temperature conditions. The BEPS low battery error prevention system monitors the battery status to prevent measurement errors caused by insufficient power.
Applications
Laboratory, swimming pool, agriculture and other water quality index testing
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power
2. Immerse HI73311 EC/TDS Probe into the sample to be tested
3. The instrument automatically recognizes and calibrates
4. Read the EC, TDS and Temperature Measured values displayed on the screen
5. Quickly switch between EC and TDS Measured values by pressing the button
6. Clean the Probe and turn off the power after use
Notice
• Ensure that the Probe is fully immersed in the sample to be tested
Periodically calibrate instruments to ensure measurement accuracy
• Avoid use in conditions outside the environment range (0-50 ° C/32-122 ° F, RH 100% maximum)
• Pay attention to the battery level and replace the battery in time when the low battery logo appears
• Probe replacement with a professional Probe replacement tool
• Probe clean to avoid contamination affecting measurement results
