Overview
QIWEI PH-110AS online pH Meter is an industrial online pH Meter, mainly used for continuous measurement and control of sewage pH value. This model has the function of temperature compensation, and can extract data and connect to a computer. The meter supports pH/ORP measurement, upper and lower limit control, current output, digital communication and password management, and adopts liquid crystal display for real-time observation of data.

Principle
The in-line pH Meter detects the concentration of hydrogen ions in a solution via measurement Electrode (INPUT interface) and reference Electrode (REF interface) to derive the pH value. The meter supports temperature compensation connected to a temperature sensor (TEMP interface) to improve Measurement accuracy. After internal processing, the measurement data can be displayed, output an analog current signal (4-20mA) or transmitted through a digital Communication interface.

Steps
1. Fixing bracket installation: put the controller in from the front of the panel, install the upper and lower fixing clips, and lock them with screws to fix them.
2. Wiring: According to the wiring position diagram of the rear dial, connect the temperature compensation interface (TEMP1/TEMP2), reference Electrode (REF), measurement Electrode (INPUT), 485 Communication interface (A/B), 4~ 20mA output terminal (mA +, mA-), high and low alarm touch points (LO, HI) and power supply (L, N).
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
• When wiring, please refer to the wiring diagram of the rear dial to connect each interface correctly.
• Use password management to prevent misuse.
• Note that the Ambient Temperature allowed by the instrument is 0~ 60 ° C, and the relative humidity is ≤ 85% RH.
The alarm relay is a normally open contact point with a rated capacity of 3A/250 V AC.
• 4-20mA output is isolated and protected output, and the maximum loop resistance is 300Ω.
Do not connect to an undefined interface (NC).
