Principle
Based on the Optical inspection Measurement principle, the photometer emits specific wavelength rays of light through the LED Illuminant. After the sample is absorbed, it is received by the Silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector. The high-quality Optical inspection filter and unique reference detector system enable accurate measurement of total Hardness in water samples. The CAL CheckTM function uses NIST traceability standards for instrument performance verification.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, industrial water analysis
Standards
EPA Recommendation 130.1
Steps
1. Prepare sample and add to Colorimetric cup
2. Blank (zero) measurement calibrated
3. Put in the sample to be tested
4. Start the measurement program, built-in Timer automatic timing
5. Read and record measurement results
6. The instrument automatically stores data
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
• Keep Ambient Temperature in the range of 0-50 ° C during measurement
