Its CAL CheckTM function supports performance verification and calibrating using NIST traceability standards, a built-in reaction Timer ensures measurement conformity, and an integrated GLP function displays the last calibrated date and time, along with a battery status indicator and automatic shutdown settings.
Features
1. LED high quality Illuminant system provides good performance and high luminous efficiency.
2. Equipped with high-quality Optical inspection filters to improve measurement Stability and reduce wavelength errors to ensure accuracy and accuracy.
3. Unique reference detector for fast and stable readings between blank and sample measurements.
4. Stable Illuminant Settings to reduce errors and reading shifts caused by Glass Colorimetric Cup defects.
5. CAL CheckTM function supports performance verification and calibrating.
Principle
The photometer performs mg Hardness measurement based on EDTA Colorimetry, using LED@525nm Illuminant and Silicon Illuminant, Bandwidth 8nm, wavelength accuracy +/- 1.0nm. Sample Absorbance is detected through an Optical inspection system, combined with a built-in reaction Timer to ensure standardization of the measurement process, and the CAL CheckTM function verifies instrument performance using NIST traceability standards.
Applications
Water quality analysis, industrial process control, environment monitoring, laboratory testing
Standards
IP67 waterproof standard, NIST traceability standard
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power.
2. Use the CAL CheckTM function for performance verification (optional).
3. Prepare the sample and place it in the reaction cup.
4. Start the built-in Reaction Timer for measurement.
Read and record the measurement results, the data is automatically stored in the last 50.
6. Turn off the power after use or wait for automatic shutdown.
Notice
• Make sure the battery is in good condition and use 1.5V AA batteries (3 pcs).
• Operating ambient temperature range from 0 to 50 ° C with a maximum relative humidity of 100%.
• Avoid not shutting down after 15 minutes of no operation to save power.
• Regularly verify instrument performance using the CAL CheckTM function.
• Ensure that the reaction cup is clean during measurement to avoid Glass defects affecting the reading.
