Features
1. LED high-quality Illuminant system, providing good performance and higher luminous efficiency; 2. High-quality Optical inspection filter to ensure measurement Stability and accuracy; 3. Unique reference detector for fast and stable reading; 4. Stable Illuminant settings to reduce errors and reading offset; 5. CAL CheckTM function to support performance verification and calibrating.
Principle
The HI97720 photometer is based on the Calmagite method for calcium Hardness measurement. Using LED@525nm Illuminant and Silicon Illuminant, the sample Absorbance is detected by an Optical inspection system to calculate the calcium Hardness concentration. The unique reference detector ensures fast stabilization between blank and sample measurements, and the stable Illuminant setting reduces the impact of Colorimetric cup defects.
Applications
Water quality testing, industrial process control, environment monitoring, laboratory analysis
Standards
IP67 waterproof standard
Steps
1. Power on the device; 2. Use the CAL CheckTM function for performance verification; 3. Prepare the sample and put it in the reaction cup; 4. Start the measurement, the built-in Timer automatic timing; 5. Read and store the measurement results.
Notice
• Ensure that the battery is fully charged to avoid measurement interruptions; • Perform CAL CheckTM calibrate before use to ensure accuracy; • Avoid operation beyond 0-50 ° C Ambient Temperature; • Regularly clean Optical inspection components to prevent contamination from affecting readings; • Automatically shut down after 15 minutes of no operation to save power.
