Overview
QIWEI PH-110A online pH Meter is an industrial online pH Meter, mainly used for continuous measurement and control of sewage pH value. This model has temperature compensation function, can perform pH/ORP measurement, upper and lower limit control, current output, digital communication and password management, and is equipped with LCD screen for real-time observation data.

Principle
The in-line pH Meter detects the concentration of hydrogen ions in the solution through measurement Electrode (INPUT interface) and reference Electrode (REF interface) to obtain the pH value. The device supports the connection of temperature sensor (TEMP interface) for temperature compensation to improve Measurement accuracy. The measurement results can be displayed after internal processing, output through 4-20mA current or digital communication, and can trigger high and low alarm relays according to the set value.

Steps
1. Fixing bracket installation: put the controller in from the front of the panel, install the upper and lower fixing clips, and lock them with screws to fix them.
2. Rear dial wiring: refer to the wiring position diagram, connect the temperature compensation interface (TEMP1/TEMP2), reference Electrode (REF), measurement Electrode (INPUT), 485 Communication interface (A/B), 4~ 20mA output terminal (mA +, mA-), high and low normal open touch points (LO, HI) and power interface (L, N).
Notice
• The power requirements are AC 220V +/- 10% 50Hz.
• Permissible Ambient Temperature 0~ 60 ℃, relative humidity ≤ 85% RH.
• When wiring, please refer to the wiring position diagram and instructions of the rear dial to ensure correct connection.
• Use password management capabilities to prevent misuse by non-professionals.
• Note that PH Measurement range is 0~ 14pH, Temperature Measurement range is 0~ 100 ℃.
