Overview
The HI931-02 fully automated Potentiometric titrator is designed for laboratory titration analysis. It is a customizable analytical instrument that provides accurate analysis results and a good user experience. It supports acid-base titration, anhydrous titration, oxidation reduction titration, settling titration, complexometry, and other titration types. The instrument provides a variety of Measuring methods (can store 100 titration methods, including instrument-built methods and user-defined methods), supports one-button titration, direct reading, and back-titration processes for complex samples. Automated settings can use the HI931 Titrator in combination with the HI922 Automatic sampler to automatically add Reagents and automatically convert samples to obtain accurate results in less time.
Features
1. Small footprint, optimize desktop space and improve work efficiency
2. Simple appearance, Operating interface humanized, Cycoloy material is more durable and durable, anti-chemical corrosion
3. Waterproof design to protect electronic components from damage caused by Reagent leakage
4. Measurement modes for titration and direct measurement of pH/mV/ISE concentration
Principle
The instrument performs accurate analysis through the principle of Potentiometric titration, poten-tiometry, and uses the built-in Measurement Pump and Burette to automatically add Reagents. Combined with pH, mV, and ISE Sensor measurement of sample parameters, the titration process is automatically completed through preset or custom titration methods, and the analysis results are directly displayed or stored.
Applications
Laboratory titration analysis
Steps
1. Connect the instrument and turn it on.
2. Select or customize the titration method
3. Sensor calibrating (e.g. pH, mV or ISE)
4. Place the sample and start the titration process
5. Review and document the analysis results
6. Automatic sampler for fully automated operation
