Overview
The HI932-02 Fully Automatic Potentiometric titrator is an instrument for laboratory titration analysis with good user experience and automation. It supports acid-base titration, anhydrous titration, oxidation reduction titration, settling titration, complexometric titration and other titration types. It can store up to 100 titration methods, and has the functions of one-button titration, direct reading and complex sample back titration. The instrument can be combined with the HI922 Automatic sampler to automatically add Reagents and convert samples for efficient and accurate analysis results.
Features
1. Small footprint, optimize desktop space and improve work efficiency.
2. Simple appearance, Operating interface user-friendly, Cycoloy material, more durable and chemical corrosion resistance.
3. Waterproof design to protect electronic components from damage caused by Reagent leakage.
4. Measurement modes available for both titration and direct measurement of pH, mV or ISE concentrations.
Principle
The Potentiometric titrator detects changes in the potential (or ph value) of a solution during titration by electrode (e.g. pH Electrode, oxidation reduction Electrode, etc.). The instrument's built-in Measurement pump precisely controls the addition of the titrant, and when the potential (or ph value) reaches a preset end point, the titration automatically stops. The instrument calculates the concentration or content of the sample to be tested based on the volume of titrant consumed and the known chemical reaction relationship.
Applications
Laboratory titration analysis
Standards
GLP integration
Steps
1. The instrument is turned on and connected to the corresponding Electrode and Burette.
2. According to the analysis requirements, choose or customize the titration method.
3. Electrode calibrating (such as pH multi-point calibrating, ISE calibrating, etc.).
4. Prepare the sample and place it on a titration table.
5. Start the titration process, and the instrument will automatically complete the addition of the titrant, end point judgment, and data recording.
6. View and save or print the analysis results.
Notice
• Make sure the instrument is placed on a smooth, drying table.
• Check Electrode status carefully before use and calibrate if necessary.
• Please take care to avoid leakage of Reagent during operation, although the instrument has a waterproof design.
When connecting external devices (e.g. Automatic sampler), confirm compatibility and connect correctly.
• Regular maintenance and cleaning of Burette and piping to ensure delivery accuracy.
• Please use a Power Adapter that meets the specifications (type "-02" is a European plug).
