TBJ-A3-DJ7 Floor-Standing Automatic film applicator with automatic feeding system is a drawdown Bar & Blade heating Film Applicator, effective coating area 850mm * 1000mm, standard 3L volume Mixing Tank, heating temperature up to 180 ℃. Commonly used in laboratory film, suitable for Moulding in Coating, inks, polymer materials, films, glues, Pressure sensitive adhesives and other industries.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator uses drawdown Bar & Blade combined with automatic feeding system for Spreader. The feeding system realizes reciprocating linear motion through the outflow of air source pressure, and the amount of material can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port. The coating rod determines the thickness of the Spreader according to the model, and the shaft drive adopts the synchronous belt mode.

Steps
1. Connect the host power supply 220V 50Hz and the charging system air source 0.6Mpa
2. Set coating speed and heating temperature according to requirements
3. Control the discharge volume by adjusting the air pressure and the discharge port speed
4. Start the automatic feeding system for reciprocating linear motion Spreader
5. Optional Accessories such as leakage tank, substrate fixing fixture and other auxiliary operations
Notice
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and this limit must not be exceeded when using it
• The feeding system needs to be equipped with a gas source connected to the trachea of φ 8
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s, standard range is 5~ 180mm/s
