Overview
The HI5222 is an advanced research-grade dual-channel Benchtop pH/ISE/mV meter that is fully customizable via a large color LCD, capacitive touch keys, and a USB port for computer connectivity. The instrument has a wealth of features including 5-point calibrated, optional resolution, data logging, alarm limiting, GLP, and more, while retaining operational simplicity.
Features
1. Four project measurements: dual channel simultaneous measurement of pH, ORP, ISE Ion concentration and temperature
2. User-friendly Operating interface: Support multiple language selection, with screen measurement and calibrated operation prompts
3. Powerful user-defined function: can store up to 10 kinds of custom files, including mode, standard point, equal potential point and other information
4. Cal Check TM verification diagnostic function: Unique calibrated diagnostic system avoids measurement errors caused by Electrode failure or calibrated liquid contamination
5. ISE Ion concentration Method of addition: Unique Ion concentration incremental measurement method to reduce reading errors caused by temperature, viscosity and other factors
Principle
The instrument detects the pH value, ORP value, Ion concentration and temperature parameters in the sample by Electrode, and adopts a dual-channel design to measure the data of two channels at the same time. ISE Ion concentration measurement adopts incremental technology to realize Ion concentration detection of special samples through known concentration increase and subtraction method to reduce external factors.
Applications
Water quality analysis, laboratory research, environment monitoring, industrial testing
Steps
1. Power on and select the measurement item
2. Electrode calibrated as needed (5 point calibrated)
3. Select or set a custom measurement file
4. Electrode immersion in the sample for measurement
5. Check the measurement data and Electrode status displayed on the screen
6. Storage or transmission of measurement data
Notice
• Pay attention to avoid calibrating liquid contamination during calibrating process
• Electrode status is checked regularly to ensure measurement accuracy
