Overview
The HANNA HI98318 Conductivity Meter is a pen instrument designed for hydroponics, environmental protection and scientific research for the measurement of fertilizer concentration in soil foster fluids. It provides fast and easy measurement of conductivity (EC), total solids solubility (TDS) and temperature, and supports automatic single-point recognition calibrate or one-click quick calibrate for easy operation.
Features
1. In line with the International Agriculture and Garden Electrode Law, the new Appearance design is adopted, and the large screen display is simple and convenient to operate.
2. Automatic single-point recognition or one-button fast calibrating, automatic temperature compensation, fast and accurate measurement.
3. Built-in temperature sensor and customized high-quality dedicated Graphite electrode, reduce Polarization effect, Fast Response, ensure measurement data accuracy.
4. Battery replacement is simple and fast, equipped with BEPS low battery error prevention system to avoid wrong measurement.
5. Specially designed for agriculture, environmental protection, scientific research and other soil Conductivity detector, total solid solubility determination design.
Principle
The instrument is measured by built-in Graphite electrode and temperature sensor, Electrode detection conductivity and total solid solubility, automatic temperature compensation function to ensure data accuracy. Calibrating can be done by automatic single point recognition or one key quick mode, reducing Polarization effect, improving Response speed and Measurement accuracy.
Applications
Hydroponics, environmental protection, agriculture, education, scientific research
Standards
International Agricultural and Landscape Electrode
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument and prepare for measurement.
2. Select calibrate mode: automatic single point recognition calibrate or one key quick calibrate.
3. Immerse the Electrode in the liquid to be tested.
4. Read and record conductivity, total solids solubility and temperature data.
5. Clean the Electrode and turn off the instrument after use.
Notice
• HI7031, HI7039 or HI50036P standard solution is recommended for calibrating.
• The battery model is CR2032, pay attention to the correct installation when replacing.
• Use an ambient temperature range of 0 to 50 ° C with a maximum relative humidity of 100%.
• Avoid exposure to extreme conditions for long periods of time to maintain Measurement accuracy.
• Regularly check the battery level and use the BEPS system to prevent low battery errors.
