Overview
HI99163 is a HANNA brand waterproof Portable pH Meter, designed for acidity measurement of meat products, semi-solid, semi-frozen food samples. The instrument features a PVDF body, tapered port and threaded port for easy use of custom-made special threaded interface stainless steel cutter head. It has a diffusion sleeve-type reference end to prevent clogging and is easy to clean. It is equipped with an indicator mark to guide operation, a reading lock function, a battery level display, and a BEPS low-power error-proof system. It automatically shuts down after 8 minutes of no operation to save power.

Principle
The instrument uses FC232D built-in temperature sensor composite acidity Electrode for pH measurement through automatic temperature compensation (range -5.0~ 105.0 ° C) and automatic 1 and 2 point calibrating. Electrode uses a diffusion sleeve reference end and a unique dialysis membrane design to prevent clogging due to viscous liquids and ensure accurate measurement.
