Features
1. Compliant with IP67 waterproof standard
2. Optical inspection system design with high accuracy and repeatability
3. CAL CheckTM function supports NIST traceability standard verification and calibrating
4. Built-in Reaction Timer ensures measurement conformity
5. GLP function shows the last calibrated date and time
6. Battery status indicator and automatic shutdown function
7. Automatically store the last 50 measurements
8. Uses 3 AA batteries with a battery life of more than 800 hours (no backlight)
Principle
Noll method (ASTM D1426 standard) was used for ammonia nitrogen measurement. Absorbance was detected by Light Emitting Diode @420nm Illuminant and Silicon Illuminant, Bandwidth 8nm, wavelength accuracy +/- 1.0nm. Optical inspection system was used to analyze the optical signal changes after the sample reaction, and converted into ammonia nitrogen concentration value display.
Applications
Water quality monitoring, environment testing, laboratory analysis, industrial process control
Standards
IP67 waterproof standard, ASTM D1426
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and add it to the reaction cup
2. Turn on the instrument and perform CAL CheckTM calibrated verification
3. Select Measuring method and start reaction Timer
4. Put the reaction cup into the measurement chamber for measurement
5. Read and record measurement results
6. The instrument automatically stores data
Notice
• Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
• NIST traceability standards for calibrated verification
• The size of the reaction cup is 24.6mm in diameter and 22mm in inner diameter.
• Operating Ambient Temperature 0-50 ℃, Humidity ≤ 100%
• Automatic shutdown after 15 minutes without operation
Periodically check the last calibrated date for accuracy
• Avoid strong vibrations and impact on instruments
