8. Battery status indicator and automatic shutdown settings to improve ease of use
Principle
The HI97779 photometer is based on the DPD method for the measurement of chlorine dioxide content in water. The sample is irradiated at a wavelength of 525nm by LED Illuminant. Absorbance changes are detected using silicon Illuminant and Optical inspection filters to calculate chlorine dioxide concentration. The unique reference detector ensures stable readings, and the stable Illuminant setting reduces Colorimetric cup errors for fast and accurate measurement.
Applications
Drinking water treatment, swimming pool disinfection, industrial production
Standards
IP67 waterproof standard, method standard 4500 ClO2 D
Steps
1. Prepare the sample and load it into the reaction cup
2. Instrument validation and calibrating using CAL CheckTM function (optional)
3. Start measurement, built-in reaction Timer automatic timing
4. Read the measurement results on the display
The instrument automatically stores the last 50 measurements
Notice
• Ensure that the instrument is used at 0 to 50 ° C Ambient Temperature
• To avoid long-term no operation, the instrument will automatically shut down after 15 minutes
• Check the battery status before use to ensure sufficient power
• Pay attention to the date and time information displayed by GLP after calibrating
• Keep Colorimetric Cups clean to reduce measurement errors
