Principle

The HI96785 Portable Microprocessor Analyzer measures the Color of Honey by measuring the light transmitance of Honey and Analytical Reagent Grade Glycerin. The instrument uses a matched Cube Optical inspection Cuvette with a 10mm light path for measurement. The transmittance value can identify the Pfund level of honey, and finally directly display the measurement result expressed in mm Pfund.
