HI97105 is a Multi-Parameter photometer for seawater, which is used for the measurement of various parameters in seawater, including pH acid alkalinity, calcium ion, nitrate, phosphoric acid salt, etc. It is a powerful and widely used water quality analysis instrument, providing important data support for marine scientific research, marine monitoring and marine engineering.

Principle
The photometer uses LED Illuminant and Silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell Detector, and Colorimetry for measurement. Specific parameters use different methods: pH acid alkalinity uses phenol red method, alkalinity uses Colorimetry, calcium ion uses Zincon method, nitrate uses zinc reduction method, nitrite uses EPA diazonium method 354.1, phosphoric acid uses ascorbic acid method. The instrument irradiates the sample with LED Illuminant at 525nm and 610nm wavelengths, and measures Absorbance changes to determine the concentration of each parameter.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample and add the corresponding Reagent
2. Place the sample in a Cuvette with a diameter of approximately 24.6mm
3. Select the parameters to be measured
4. Place the Cuvette in the instrument measurement room
5. Read the measurement results on the display
6. The instrument can automatically record up to 200 readings
