Overview
The HI709 Manganese Tintometer is a photometer produced by HANNA brand, which is specially used for the measurement of high-concentration Manganese Ion concentration in water samples. The instrument is a cost-effective high-range manganese measuring instrument, which is widely used in wastewater treatment, environment monitoring and industrial production processes.
Features
1. Able to measure manganese ions in a higher concentration range, with high Sensitivity
2. High Accuracy and Accuracy to provide reliable measurement results
3. Able to complete measurement in a short time, suitable for applications requiring fast feedback
4. Can be widely used in wastewater treatment, environment monitoring and metal processing and other industrial fields
5. Simple to operate, usually does not require complex operation steps, suitable for laboratory and field testing
6. Compared to Miscellaneous's complex analytical methods, the price is lower, making it an affordable option
Principle
The potassium periodate method with reference to the 18th edition of the standard detection method for water and wastewater was used for measurement, and the samples were analyzed using LED @525nm Illuminant.
Applications
Wastewater treatment, environment monitoring, metal processing
Standards
Water and wastewater standard detection methods 18th edition
Steps
1. Prepare HI709-25 Purchase Reagent
2. Calibration using the HI709-11 calibration group
3. Sample measurement according to potassium periodate method
4. The instrument automatically shuts down after ten minutes of no operation
Notice
• Measurement range of 0.0 to 20.0 ppm with resolution of 0.1 ppm
• accuracy of +/- 0.2 ppm +/- 5% of the reading
• Make sure the Reagent and Calibration Team are fully prepared before use
• Pay attention to the automatic shutdown function of the instrument to avoid measurement interruptions
