Overview
The HI711 total chlorine Tintometer is a HANNA brand photometer for the measurement of total chlorine content in water. It is commonly used to monitor chlorine disinfectant residues in water treatment processes, swimming pool water quality, drinking water and wastewater treatment. The instrument is capable of detecting total chlorine content in a lower concentration range. It is easy to operate and can quickly obtain measurement results. It is suitable for laboratory and field testing.
Features
1. Detection range 0.00~ 3.50 ppm, resolution 0.01 ppm, accuracy +/- 0.03 ppm +/- 3% of reading
2. LED @525nm Illuminant
3. Automatic shutdown function, automatically shut down after two minutes without operation
4. Simple operation, quick measurement results
5. Suitable for laboratory and field testing
6. Low price, affordable
Principle
The DPD method was used to refer to the 20th edition of the water and wastewater standard detection method 4500-CI method and the USEPA method 330.5 for measurement. The total chlorine content in the water sample was analyzed by photometric detection with LED @525nm Illuminant.
Applications
Water treatment, swimming pool management, environment monitoring, industrial production
Standards
USEPA method 330.5, DPD method with reference to water and wastewater standard detection method 20th edition 4500-CI method
Steps
