Overview
The HI753 chlorides Tintometer is a professional photometer produced by the HANNA brand for the measurement of chloride ion concentration. The instrument is simple, accurate and economical, and is more accurate, fast and accurate than chemical test Reagent boxes.
Features
1. Using LED Illuminant, compared with traditional tungsten lamps and other Illuminants have better performance and higher luminous efficiency, can use less energy to provide stable Illuminant, and ignore its own heat effect to ensure the Stability of electronic products.
2. Capable of CAL CheckTM, allowing performance verification and calibrating using NIST traceability standards, simulating specific Absorbance values with NIST Linear dispersion calibration sets to verify the accuracy of subsequent readings.
Principle
The HI753 chlorides Tintometer is based on the mercury thiocyanate method for measurement, using an LED Illuminant operating at a wavelength of 470 nm, and the chloride ion concentration is detected by the photometer principle.
Applications
Water quality testing, environment monitoring, industrial analysis
Standards
NIST traceability standard
Steps
Prepare samples and HI753-26 Reagent.
2. Sample Handling with HI731313H Glass Cuvette.
3. Turn on the instrument and make measurements according to the instructions.
4. Read and record the results.
5. Verify using the CAL CheckTM function.
Notice
• The instrument will automatically shut down after ten minutes of no operation, and pay attention to the operation interval when using it.
• Make sure to use the specified Reagent and Cuvette, such as HI753-26 Reagent and HI731313H Glass Cuvette.
• Periodically use the CAL CheckTM function for performance verification.
• Follow the instruction manual and Operation Manual.
