Principle

HI784 is based on the Beer-Lambert principle and uses Colorimetry to determine ammonia concentration. Reagents react with ammonia and ammonium to produce a blue-green shade in the sample by salicylate adaptability, Illuminant LED at 610nm with silicon Photocell, photovoltaic cell detection.
