Overview
The HANNA HI931102 acidity meter is a salinity (NaCl) measuring instrument specially designed for the food industry and complies with the international food standard HACCP. The instrument can measure 0.0 to 30.0% NaCl and 0.150 g/L to 300 g/L NaCl. It has the function of automatic identification Measurement range, supports 1-2 point automatic identification of salinity calibrate, and quickly calibrates with built-in standard calibrate point and dedicated salinity standard buffer to ensure Measurement accuracy and accuracy.
Features
1. New Appearance Design, Large Screen Backlit LCD, Humanized Design, Ergonomic
2. Simultaneous display of salinity (NaCl) and temperature (° C), fast operation and accurate measurement
3. Simple and fast battery replacement, BEPS low battery error prevention system to avoid wrong measurement
4. Automatic identification of calibrating buffer, automatic 1, 2 point calibrating, no need to calibrate frequently
5. Operating interface, stable indicator, easy to operate, cost-effective
6. Fixed temperature compensation to ensure Measurement accuracy and accuracy in different environments
7. Suitable for harsh environments and can also provide laboratory-grade measurement results
Principle
Measurement accuracy is ensured by the fixed temperature compensation technology. Measurement range is automatically recognized by the instrument, and accurate measurement of salinity and temperature is achieved through high Impedance input and advanced measurement circuit.
Applications
Food industry
Steps
1. Turn on the instrument power
2. Use dedicated salinity standard buffer for 1-2 point automatic identification and calibrating
3. Immerse the Probe into the sample to be tested
4. Read the salinity and temperature values on the display
5. Clean the Probe and turn off the power after use
Notice
Make sure the battery is fully charged before use to avoid measurement errors caused by low power
• Special salinity standard buffer should be used when calibrating
• Pay attention to temperature compensation settings during measurement
Operating Environment Temperature 0-50 ℃ and relative humidity
• Probes are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure measurement accuracy
• When replacing the battery, please use a 3x1.5V AAA battery of the specified specification
