Overview
The BL981411 inlaid mini acidity controller is compact in design, space saving and easy to operate. It is suitable for pH Electrode of BNC interface. The large LCD screen shows clearly. It can be calibrated in the pH range of 0.0 to 14.0 through the CAL adjustment hole. Recommended calibrating point pH4.01, 7.01, 10.01. Custom dosing controller supports manual or automatic mode. The user can set the dosing point. The relay is activated or turned off according to the Measured value compared with the set point. It is equipped with a delay time Control system to prevent overdosing. The device is a compact pH process controller for space or cost important applications.
Features
1. Adjustable dose relays that can be configured to dosing above or below a user programmable pH setting point.
2. Selective overdose protection, which adjusts the activation and deactivation time between 5 and 30 minutes.
3. Optional control overlay, override automatic operation by tapping the switch, turn off or always turn on the connected device.
4. The fuse protects the dosing contact and can withstand 2A loads.
5. Easy peripheral connection, quick connection patch panel for easy connection of power, communication, dose control or Sensor.
6. Match pin connection to protect Sensor from ground loop.
7. Sophisticated design, easy installation and operation.
8. Flame retardant material, waterproof splash protective cover.
9. Adjustable timeout dosing protection function.
Principle
The controller is connected to pH Electrode for measurement through the BNC interface, and the user can set the pH setting point. When the actual Measured value exceeds the set point, the relay is activated and the dosing controller is turned on; when the actual Measured value is lower than the set point, the relay is activated and the dosing controller is turned off. The Delay Time Control system prevents overdosing and ensures the reliability of the instrument. The user can choose the manual or automatic dosing mode to support acid or alkali dosing.
Applications
pH process control, industrial dosing, water quality monitoring, laboratory applications
Steps
1. Connect the power supply and pH Electrode.
2. Calibrate through the CAL adjustment hole, recommended to use pH4.01, 7.01 or 10.01 points.
3. Set the pH setting point in the range of 0.0 to 14.0.
4. Select the dosing mode (manual or automatic) and type (acid or base).
5. Adjust the timeout and dosing protection time between 5 and 30 minutes.
6. Monitor the LCD screen display and override control operations as required.
Notice
• Use special tools to calibrate.
• Make sure the Power Adapter matches the model requirements.
• Avoid overdosing and set the delay time reasonably.
• Protect Electrodes from Ground Circuit.
• Be careful that the load does not exceed 2A to prevent damage.
• Pay attention to waterproof splash protection when installing.
