The HI96812 Juice and Wine Sweetness Refractometer is a refractometer from the HANNA brand. It uses Baume as the Measurement unit for the measurement of saccharide content in grape juice. The instrument converts the% Brightness reading to Baume, which is approximately equal to 1.8% Brightness, which can be roughly calculated as 1% wine accuracy under full fermentation of the wine.

Steps
