Overview
HI93414 Portable residual chlorine - total chlorine - turbidity tester is a High Accuracy Multi-Parameter Portable tester that cleverly combines the measurement of turbidity, residual chlorine and total chlorine, suitable for multi-functional all-in-one machines in the drinking water industry. Measurement range options, low turbidity range (0.00 to 9.99NTU) and high turbidity range (100 to 1000NTU), especially in the low value range with high accuracy, suitable for measurement of different concentration samples in different fields. Residual chlorine, total chlorine (0.00 to 5.00mg/L) measurement, to meet the needs of different fields and the guarantee of Measurement accuracy.
Features
1. Multi-range, Automatic Range Conversion, High and Low Range High Accuracy Determination
2. Backlit LCD display, user-friendly interface, help information is displayed with the screen
3. GLP management function, query settings, calibrate, time and other information
4. Manual calibration, turbidity calibrating point: < 0.1, 15, 100, 750NTU
5. USB-RS232 Dual Interface, 200 Data storage, Good data management
6. CAL CHECK TM performance verification function, using custom special turbidity calibrating group and chlorine NSIT standard measurement Linear dispersion calibration group
Principle
HI93414 adopts EPA custom Illuminant, which conforms to USEPA 180.1 standard and Standard Method 2130B standard method. The microprocessor calculates the turbidity value by the Light intensity reaching the detector. Color interference is effectively corrected, with chroma compensation and Illuminant automatic compensation functions, avoiding the interference caused by Illuminant fluctuations without frequent calibrating.
Applications
Drinking water industry
Standards
USEPA 180.1 Standard, Standard Method 2130B Standard Method, USEPA method 330.5, Standard Method 4500-CI G. DPD
Steps
1. Use CAL CHECK TM performance verification function to inspect instrument performance
2. Manual calibration as required
3. Measurement mode for sample measurement
4. View calibrated information through GLP function
5. Transfer data to the computer via the USB Interface for subsequent analysis
Notice
• Instrument calibration using custom turbidity calibrating sets
• Linear dispersion calibration and calibration of instrument internal standards using special chlorine NSIT standard measurement Linear dispersion calibration group
Before sample measurement, it is necessary to determine whether the performance of the instrument is normal
• 15 minutes without any operation will automatically shut down
• Adapted environment: 0 ℃ to 50 ℃; max95% RH non-condensing
